This policy explains what data onenorth Archive processes, why, and how long we keep it.

本ポリシーは、onenorth Archive がどのようなデータを、なぜ、どのくらいの期間処理・保持するのかを説明します。

Requester data

リクエスト者のデータ

When you submit a capture or a report, we do not store your raw IP address. We compute a salted HMAC-SHA256 of the IP and store only that one-way hash, purely to detect abuse and rate-limit. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your address.

取得（キャプチャ）や通報を送信する際、当方は生の IP アドレスを保存しません。IP に対してソルト付き HMAC-SHA256 を計算し、その一方向ハッシュのみを、不正検知とレート制限の目的に限って保存します。このハッシュから元のアドレスを復元することはできません。

Snapshots are captures of public third-party pages: a screenshot, extracted text, page title, content hash, and HTTP metadata. We do not deliberately collect personal data; where a captured page contains personal information, see the removal section below.

スナップショットは公開された第三者ページの保存です。スクリーンショット、抽出テキスト、ページタイトル、コンテンツハッシュ、HTTP メタデータを含みます。当方は個人データを意図的に収集しません。保存されたページに個人情報が含まれる場合は、下記の削除に関する項目をご覧ください。

保持期間

  • IP HMACs attached to reports/captures are retained only as long as needed for abuse handling.
  • Snapshots are retained indefinitely as part of the public archive, unless removed under a takedown.
  • Stuck/failed capture jobs are reaped automatically.
  • 通報・取得に紐づく IP の HMAC は、不正対応に必要な期間に限り保持します。
  • スナップショットは公開アーカイブの一部として無期限に保持されますが、削除依頼により除去された場合を除きます。
  • 滞留・失敗した取得ジョブは自動的に回収（削除）されます。

Your rights & removal requests

利用者の権利・削除依頼

Under the EU GDPR and Japan's 個人情報保護法 (APPI), you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data relating to you. Because captures are made on a user/operator request and do not honour the source site's robots.txt / noarchive, removal is handled through our takedown process, not robots controls: use the report / takedown form (reason: privacy) or email abuse@onenorth.jp with the snapshot URL or id.

EU の GDPR および日本の個人情報保護法（APPI）に基づき、利用者ご自身に関する個人データの開示・訂正・消去を請求できます。スナップショットはユーザー/運用者の依頼に基づき作成され、取得元サイトの robots.txt / noarchive には従わないため、削除は robots の設定ではなくテイクダウン手続きで対応します。スナップショットまたは個人データの削除を依頼する場合は、通報 / 削除依頼フォーム（理由: privacy）をご利用いただくか、スナップショットの URL または id を添えて abuse@onenorth.jp までメールでご連絡ください。
