Acceptable use

許容される利用

You must not submit, or attempt to archive, any URL whose content:

• is illegal under applicable law, including 児童性的虐待コンテンツ (CSAM);
• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights;
• is private, non-public, behind authentication, or otherwise not intended for public access;
• contains personal information published without a lawful basis;
• is malware, phishing, or otherwise intended to harm or deceive.

次のいずれかに該当するコンテンツの URL を送信したり、アーカイブを試みたりしてはなりません。

• 児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）を含む、適用法令上違法なもの。
• 著作権・商標その他の知的財産権を侵害するもの。
• 非公開・私的なもの、認証の背後にあるもの、その他公開を意図していないもの。
• 適法な根拠なく公開された個人情報を含むもの。
• マルウェア・フィッシングその他、害を与えたり欺いたりすることを意図したもの。

Submitter responsibility

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and confirm you have the right to request their archival. The archive is an automated capture of third-party content; we do not author, endorse, or verify the captured material.

送信する URL について、利用者ご自身が単独で責任を負い、そのアーカイブを依頼する権利を有することを確認するものとします。本アーカイブは第三者コンテンツの自動取得であり、当方は取得した内容を作成・是認・検証しません。

Takedown (for site owners and rights holders)

削除（テイクダウン）— サイト運営者・権利者向け

Captures are made on a user/operator request and we do not obey the target's robots.txt or noarchive directives at capture time. Site owners, rights holders, and affected parties who want a snapshot removed should therefore use the report / takedown form rather than robots controls. Reports for rights infringement or illegal content are reviewed by a human; we remove confirmed illegal or infringing content, and may immediately hide a snapshot pending review.

スナップショットはユーザー/運用者の依頼に基づき作成され、取得時に対象サイトの robots.txt や noarchive ディレクティブには従いません。したがって、サイト運営者・権利者・影響を受ける当事者がスナップショットの掲載停止を希望される場合は、robots の設定ではなく通報 / 削除依頼フォームをご利用ください。権利侵害または違法コンテンツの通報は人手で審査します。違法または権利侵害が確認されたコンテンツは削除し、審査が完了するまでの間スナップショットを直ちに非表示にする場合があります。

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, onenorth.jp is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on archived content. These terms are governed by 日本法, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Japan.

本サービスは現状有姿（「as is」）で提供され、いかなる種類の保証も行いません。法令が許す最大限の範囲で、onenorth.jp は本サービスの利用またはアーカイブされたコンテンツへの依拠に起因するいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は日本の管轄裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
